Returns on Products

Conditions for Product Returns:

• You may return an unopened product within 7 days of purchase.
• The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all seals intact.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• A restocking fee of 20% may be applied to cover handling and processing costs, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

Initiating a Product Return

If you meet the above conditions and wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

2. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.
3. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund in accordance with our policy:

• If the product meets the return conditions, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3 days of receiving the product.
• If the product does not meet the return conditions, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
